PURCHASING AND SHIPPING GUIDELINES

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order, select the desired item(s) and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you must provide your personal information and make the payment. For security purposes, we have multiple verification stages for order processing. Upon successful placement, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. In case of any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance. You don't need an account to order, but a valid email and contact information are required. Optionally, you can create an account during checkout for future orders and offers.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the freight option, parcel weight, and destination country. These costs will be displayed during checkout before finalizing the order. Please note that VAT, import duties, and taxes may apply and are levied by your local government for orders outside the EU. For shipments to the United States, we cover duty and tax charges up to $800. Any additional charges beyond this value are the customer's responsibility.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim for swift delivery. After successful order submission, the warehouse processes your order on the following business day, and then it's packed and dispatched. You'll receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date via email. The delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Please consider that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or customs delays. During promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY OPTIONS

If you prefer a pick-up point delivery, simply contact your local DHL office with your tracking ID and request delivery to the nearest DHL Office for your convenience.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can fill out a different delivery address during checkout by choosing "Ship to a different address." The alternative delivery address must be in the same currency/country as your invoice address. If you pay through PayPal or Klarna, double-check the address in your account.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Once an order is submitted, we can't change the items or quantity. In case of an incorrect order, contact us to cancel it, then place a new one with the correct items. If you need to change the delivery address, contact our customer service, but note that we can't guarantee changes after shipment.

 

ORDER STATUS & CONFIRMATION

You can track your order status using the provided tracking ID. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, contact us, as it may indicate an unsuccessful order or an incorrect email address.

 

STOCK DISPLAY ISSUES

We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel orders if there are discrepancies in stock levels displayed during the order placement.
