Placing an Order

To initiate your order, select the items you desire and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you will be prompted to provide your personal information and complete the payment process. Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the provided email address during checkout.


We only ship to countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs vary based on the destination country. Additional expenses may include VAT, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Please note that Maxomorra does not collect these fees; they are the responsibility of the customer and are governed by local authorities. As of now we have the following shipping fees:

We offer free shipping for orders over 80 EUR.

Delivery Times

We are dedicated to swift order processing and dispatch. After you submit your order, it undergoes processing on the following business day before being dispatched. You will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date via email. Estimated delivery times (typically 2-4 business days) are subject to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.


You can effortlessly track your order using the provided tracking ID. Should you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.

Order Modifications

Alterations to ordered products, quantities, or delivery addresses are not possible once the order has been submitted. In such cases, we recommend cancelling the incorrect order and placing a new one. If a package has already been shipped, making address changes are not feasible.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive an order confirmation via email, please feel free to contact us for assistance. It is crucial to ensure that the provided email address is accurate and to check alternative email folders. In cases where incorrect stock information is displayed during the ordering process, we retain the right to modify, change, or cancel an order to maintain accurate stock management.

Payment Options

We accept card payments. Your card will be charged after the shipment has been processed. 

Damaged or Missing Items 

If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please report this to us via email within 7 days after receipt. We will send a credit note and refund you.



You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition, and they can not have been used or washed. The item needs to have all Maxomorra tags and labels still attached to it and needs to be sent back in its original bag. Item not fulfilling this will not be accepted as a return. 

The parcel must be marked with "Return Goods" and contain the delivery note with the order number. Unidentified parcels and items will not be approved. Once the return has been received at our warehouse it will be processed and inspected within 7 days. Approved returns will receive a full refund of the price for the returned items using the same payment method used when purchasing your order. You will hear from us when we have accepted the return and transferred the money. Please send your return to:

Currency Converter

The currency converter alters the displayed currency on our webpage, but it does not affect the currency used for sale transactions. Sales transactions will always be conducted in EUR. Currency rates are sourced from XE.
